2. Accessing the website and server logs

This website is delivered as static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and locally hosted image and logo files. To make the site available and protect its security, the hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as IP address, date and time of access, the requested page, response status and technical browser information. These data may be stored in server logs to ensure availability, detect errors and investigate attacks. Our legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation). We use a technical hosting service provider acting as a processor. Log retention depends on the server's security and logging configuration; logs are deleted when no longer necessary for these purposes unless a legal obligation requires longer storage. 3. Email communication

There is no contact form or user account on this website. If you send an email to info@nawa.ventures, we process the information you send to respond and, where appropriate, to take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or pursue legitimate business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are kept only for as long as needed for the correspondence and any applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Your email provider and ours process email transmission data.

4. Consent preferences

We use your browser's local storage to remember your choice regarding optional analytics. The key nawa_cookie_consent_v1 stores only your decision, timestamp and consent version, and expires for this website after 180 days. This preference storage is necessary to honor your privacy choice and does not itself activate Google Analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

5. Google Analytics (optional)

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited (with services also provided by Google LLC), to understand aggregated website usage. Our measurement ID is G-Z614JBFW4J. The Google tag is not downloaded or executed before you accept optional analytics. If you decline, we do not initiate Google Analytics requests. After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to recognize browsers and measure visits, pages viewed, interactions and technical attributes. Our legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, § 25(1) TDDDG. We disable advertising personalization signals in our website configuration. Analytics user-level data retention follows the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property; please contact us for the current retention settings. Data may be transferred to Google group companies outside the EEA, including the USA; Google describes its applicable international transfer mechanisms in its privacy policy.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
